Almost, it definitely helped and I either need to pry on it a little bit more or devise a way to keep the exhaust from moving upwards. There is a bend after the premuffler that makes contact with a metal brace at the bottom rear of the tt tunnel that causes some rattle when driving, most likely the po made the cat test pipe too long and I have to chop an inch or two off.

Did you notice that post from Scott was from 2011! But my Lindsey 2.5” SS exhaust with the pre muffler and Borla exhaust sounded good. It was a little to loud for me so I changed the 14” pre muffler to a 28” from Summit and I am very happy with the sound. The pre muffler deletes the cat so that might be an issue if your state has a requirement for it.
