Maybe it's not related to the transaxle work you did, but the gas tank work you did?

Honestly I don't think it has anything to do with the tranny.

yep starting to think maybe there was some more slug in the tank that I didn't come lose until now maybe , going to start pulling stuff lose Monday and see if I have any fuel restrictions.

we got the 944 loaded on the trailer and back home last nite.

Did you replace/inspect the "fuel tank strainer & gasket" when you put in the tank?

Please update you signature line to let us know you have an early '84 944 and a '82 924.

yes I put a new fuel tank strainer and rubber seal in the tank

let me go see about fixing the signature line

I thought the signature line was under user Cp controls edit profile but don't see a box for it
