I'm curious to see if they have the script material available. Keep us posted on what you find out, this would be very cool to have a "domestic" supplier.

This is what I got back from Heritage ...

Thank you for your enquiry regarding Porsche seat covers and sports seat conversion. We can convert the following standard factory seat to factory style sports seat, offering the driver greater comfort and lateral support. This is one upgrade you can enjoy every time you drive your Porsche. This rare option sport seat also adds resale value to your Porsche. See www.heritagetrim.com for our detailed photo gallery of finished seats and conversions.
All 911 - 1974-on

All 924 / 944 / 968

All 928

993

For 993 1995-98 we offer two types of conversion - Standard Factory 5" Backrest Bolster seat to Factory Sport 7" Bolster or Factory 5" Bolster seat converted to hardbacked factory optional sports seat (with shoulder winged backrest). We use your seat frames and our own fiberglass back cover and new foams to produce this conversion.

With these unique services exclusive to Heritage we do need your original seat frame (or donor frame) in house for us to perform the necessary factory style steel tube welding, foam fabrication, and installation of our new seat covers. The end result is indistinguishable from the factory sport seat offerings. Pricing is as follows:

$275.00 per pair - Conversion to sport seats including all metal work and reconditioning of your original foam seat padding, including our new foam bolsters.
$480.00 per pair - Installation of new seat covers to show standard quality.

$250.00 per pair - OE quality seat heaters (optional).

Our Porsche seat covers are made in house with OE quality leather imported from Germany with all correct details, perforation and pattern exactly as factory original. For standard or sport style in leather (per pair), pricing as follows:

Leather seat cover prices (per pair):

911 (1974-84) Standard Front $1375.00 Rear $495.00

911 (1985-94) Standard Front $1375.00 Rear $495.00

924 - 944 - 968 Standard Front $1375.00 Rear $875.00

911/924/944/968 Sports Front $1550.00

928 Front $1650.00 Rear $1350.00
993 Front $1700.00 Rear $750.00

Bottom Line - you can convert to sport seats for just $275 more than the cost of new seat covers and labor. Even more reason to finally junk your old, tired, faded, or ripped seat covers.

Many custom colors and options are available at no extra charge, i.e. colored centers and contrasting piping. If you require further information or would like to see material color swatches, please let us know.

We can also install, at no additional labor charge, high quality, German made carbon fiber 2 stage seat heating pads. See www.heritagetrim.com for details.
As an added bonus to all our customers that choose Heritage for a complete sport seat conversion, we offer our high quality OE style carpet set at a discount of 25% off our regular price as well as free shipping.

Bottom Line - While your seats are with us for new leather, you have easy access to install your new carpet set yourself and save on the cost.
