Default MY 951 and some Italian Friends

I went to a car show with a few Italian friends on this past Sunday....while different levels of cars.....the 951 fit right in....almost all of the older guys with Ferraris came up to my car and told me one story or another about "how back in the day they had a 198X 951".....really a different experience that I have had a PCA events.

At the end of the video is a Carrera GT and there are at least 3 SCUDS in the footage, 1 is a CF-SCUD (Dark Grey).....my favorite by far is the 89 Anniversary Countach with Red Leather.

Enjoy!!!!!

I don't see what's off kilter about that at all! Ok, maybe I do, but I agree with you. I'm pretty sure I'd take the Esprit over the rest of those any day. I mean, the 951 is definitely awesome too, but I already have one... so I think I'd rather have a 951 and an Esprit than two 951's Plus, with the money saved by buying an Esprit instead of, say, a Gallardo, you can fix the transmission (which is weak) and then 600hp is totally doable.

I have was fortunate to have a friend with a 2000 Esprit V8TT, and I spent a lot of time in it, and a good bit behind the wheel. I've got to say, I've driven a lot of sports cars in my life, and there are very few that convince me that my life will never be complete until I own one. The 951 is one of those, the Esprit is another.

Any car in that show will do justice to me.

Now give me a car for free there!

I agree about the Esprit.

I'm biased though, here's a picture of mine:

Yeah, I used to think so... but I had the (dis)pleasure of driving one once and I really thought it was awful. All I did was move it around the lot where I used to work and it was impossible to see out of, the steering was unbelievably heavy and the brakes were vague and not very good at stopping the car... I still think it looks great though

Think I might head over in the morning. The 951 is cleaner, but the Cayman is more fun. I think I might be in the cayman since it's going to be so hot tomorrow.

Have to agree that the least desirable cars of a great bunch, are the italians. Bit harsh judging a countach by how it parks lol

peace
