Any way after a lot excuses from him about being in the middle of a move and not getting around too shipping (should have been a red flag ) time rolls by I'm busy go away on vacation expecting it to around when I get back and its not!
He doesn't answer e-mails and the time to lodge a complaint with e-bay / paypal has passed. He seems to have closed his account.

So the moral of this story follow up quickly and don't trust people on e-bay.

As for the Smiley I must be worse at typing than I think!

 

I was trying to figure out where I had heard the name before. Quick google search reminded me. There was a thread on here a little while ago about this very place. Their website is like a mess of random pictures scattered everywhere with annoying background music that can be shut off.

The S & T should give an insight as to the type individual you are dealing with, "No Class". He should follow the rule K.I.S.S.. There are Scam Artists all over the place praying on honest people who will not make a complaint right away.
