Default Upper Transmission mount?

there is a mount at the top of the transmission that looks like it is rubber, do these go bad, what do they exhibit when they do, sloppy rear, noise, clunk...?
How hard to change?

Yes, yes, yes and yes....

Im not sure, I havent made it there yet. You can save a few bucks and repair yours and while you are at it it will make it stiffer...

Do a search for urethane trans mount, or window weld or something along those lines...
