Cool s2 engine swap for 944

Can anyone direct me to a resource for an S2 engine swap procedure? I tried unsuccessfully to find anything on Pelican. Who'd done it and what are the pitfalls or specifics to deal with. Any help appreciated.

Here's the hardest part, the wiring. Use search to find all others.

^ It's been a while since I did mine, I don't remember having to deal with changing the pins within the connectors, but I also got the whole harness and dme with my motor. On top of that I had a few people helping me put everything back together. There were a few odds and ends that I ran into trouble with, for example the ignition controller that the S2 has and the 8v doesn't. I had to make my own wiring harness and then we found that the brand new controller was bad. Other things were the throttle cable attaches differently. The 8v used the cam and a connector like a bicycle but the S2 uses a ball and socket. It took me forever to find that part.

I'm doing this same swap. I posted on pelican with the same result.
