Default New BBS Wheels!!

Hey guys just picked up some bbs wheels I loveee these wheels so much more than my phone dials but I dont know much about them, just that they came off the sellers parted out track car. any info on these would be great like were than an oem option, value, etc. thanks in advance!

HAWT. I had those exact ones but one of the POs had painted the centers to match the car. Looked nice but wich he'd done a better job painting them.

i love older BBS wheels. Those and fuchs make the NA look perfect.

thanks! im thinking about getting the centers powdercoated gold and hand polishing the lips

BBS wheels were a popular "upgrade" in the 1980s. Some may have been "dealer installed", but no, they were not a factory option.

I have the same wheels but in the classic color scheme with the gold centers. They are the single peice BBS RS012 16x7" ET23 at the front and BBS RS013 16x8" ET11 at the back. The 16x7" weigh 19lbs and the 16x8" wheigh 20lbs.

Congrats they look very nice ,with your ext car color Gold will be nice but maybe you should go with a (Black Center-polishe lip) just a suggestion lol also a question of taste.

There is no such thing as single piece BBS RS. The wheels are known as BBS Mahle, and they are worth about $500. Those part numbers are for RS, and they are not correct for the Mahle version, although the offsets are. Those are most likely original paint from BBS, not repainted.

Actually, ritzblitz is correct. They are the "predecessor" of the 3-peice BBS RS. I have attached the pics of the centers of mine. The 16x7" are BBS 224 and the 16x8" are BBS 225.
