I have seen it once or twice. I was actually looking at the other herbie movies! I am going to watch "The Love Bug" tonight. I want to get the other ones too. I have been watching some of my old movies recently. These new movies really suck!

It's not listed here: http://www.imcdb.org/movie_400497-He...ly-Loaded.html

However, I think it is an old Datsun 240z or something. The rear lights aren't a 944 series.

It looks more like this:

im fairly positive its a 924/44 though. the hatch area is too wide open to be an early z car.

Yep, a 924 is my vote. Aren't we all glad there is this forum to address important issues like this.

Trying to recall, was the bad guy car in the original Herbie movie a Porsche 917 or a Laser 917?

Pic looks like a porsche 924 to me. The hatch is all wrong for a 240z.... don't get me going on about Z's now.

Those early Fairlady cars are classics. Absolutely beautiful lines.
