Hi guys,
Can you check out this link to a 944 mirror and tell me if it is complete?
Should there be a mirror attachment of some sort fixed to the circular bit, or is that
a seperate part with a seperate part number??![Confused](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)

Thanks for your help.

That might be a complete non-power (but heated) mirror housing.
If it was power-adjustable, I think it should look like the ones with the white plastic crossbars in the attached picture.

hi Yarf,
That does help a little, but I still don't know what type of fixing is required on the back of the mirror to fit the round bit in the housing.
Can anyone show me what the back of the mirror looks like?
On the PET, it just shows the front of the mirror on the diagram.

It looks like you have a unit with a rubber ring used to protect the assembly during storage and shipment, I think you can pull it off then you could have a good laugh.

Take a look at this eBay auction for what the mirror looks like (not mine): http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PORSC...ht_4994wt_1074
