Default Help ID'ing this vacuum line (pic)

Please see the picture. I checked the diagram on clark's garage, and it appears that the disconnected vacuum fitting should be connected to the idle actuator. Can someone help confirm this? The car does have a rough idle when cold. The car is a 1987 951.

Thanks,
Ross

If you are running a MBC this line should be disconnected. Both the hard metal lines from under the intake go the the cycling valve. I run a manual boost controller with a dual port wastegate mine are disconnected and previously just removed from the equation.
