Default Rear Cargo Cover Install - May I have some info?

Trying to install Rear cargo cover... I have the cover, wound up, with screws taped on the side (from shipping), and in tact end caps...

Problem is, there is no indication as to how this gets installed. I do not have split seats.

It looks like there are two screws on each end cap that would drive into the seat back... problem is, then there is a screw hole that also points down (or up, I forget), as well?

Also, holding the cargo cover to the rear seats, I think it might be a hair too long? I will check this out at lunch.

So may I have

1) Pictures of installed Cargo Covers
2) Any measurements as to where (how far from tops of seat backs) it should be
3) Tips/tricks for a level, durable install

Thank you,
SmileWavy

Even with the top of the seat back, one screw each end, through the hole below the roller at each end cap...

Just one hole per side? I thought there were three (2 together, then 1 alone at 90degrees off)?

PET shows the screw (part #5, with a washer part number 4) that attaches the cover to the seat back, unless you have the OTHER cover.. But I am willing to bet this is the cover you have...

Awesome pic JKW. What's the OTHER cover? I bought it from a rennlist or Pelican member. Any specs on that #5 screw if it's not the one(s) he included?

You were right to do so. I have the TOP cover, which I believe is more common.

Good luck, FWIW MOST seat backs will have spots where the screws have been before.. this install takes all of about a minute.. ok maybe 2...

Drive by hand or drive by drill? It's just wood, right? I suppose a level would help too, but if it's 'all the way at the top', I can just line it up with seat tops. That's probably the only position it would not overshoot the edges.
4.8x22 self tapping... Will look at HW store.

Screwdriver works just fine, yes it is wood, yes the level would be overkill (and would ONLY work if the seat back / car / chassis / ground were also level.

Align it to the top of the seat back, run in the screws, call it a day!

Done. I found the original holes, but I had to make a new on one side, but it's ALL GOOD now! Thank you guys for the motivation.
