do you need it replaceable? A muffler shop can cut out a cat and weld it in a test pipe easily.

Or with a long enough metal pipe you can punch it out.

How does it sound when you do that though? I've always wondered...I never had the guts to do it to my "S" for fear of the "ricer" sound, but seeing several posts about how much power it frees up especially for the turbos, I'm thinking about shedding it for my 951. Any body just drilled it out and left everything else stock?
