Searchs all talk about either snipping wires 5 & 7 or jumpering wires 3 & 4 at the controller ... anyone else run into this ... Im looking right at it . Its a FLAT 6 pin connecter NOT ROUND 7 PIN . ( pulled glove box for easy acess)

Hello ! there still having problems, after having the 3ohm resistor on for 4 months something went haywire & the "!" & air bag ligth came back on ,so what I did is put a jumper in between 3 & 4 (femal side) of the flat 6 pins connector work A1, of course I lost the passenger air bag (I don't care) ,no more ligth.Do not snip wires 5 & 7 just in case you'll want to put things back to normal in the future. The most difficult apart from( trying to turn yourself into Gumby ) is to try to secure the jumper in so it won't wiggle free ,if it does your car won't start or migth quite on you while driving .So make darn sure it's secure, once it is put a tie-wrap througth one of the hole at the end of the flat connector & fasten it up there somewhere. Use 12 gauges wire for the jumper.

No problems it should be fool proof, but like said make sure of that jumper.
