Get a cover on that dash!!!!! There aren't many without cracks.

Cover the dash and also use your favorite moisterizing product religiously. I like Lexol leather and vinyl treatment. Amazing car, congradulations.

Had the same interior in my early 82 (car was register has an 83 ) if taken care off they'll last a long time.Didn't put a dash cover on mine since the car was garage kept but like rgs944 mention moisterizing products was use religiously at least four time a year.Had to sell it 2 years ago in order to make space for my now 968,don't matter what anybody tell you hang on to it, those early 944 are one hell of a car.

Still loving her..................

Installed new stereo, speakers, emblem gasket, hatch struts, tinted the windows,antenna.............timing belt and new h20 pump tomorrow. Going to shampoo the carpets also.
