http://www.heritagetrim.com/ do them, as does Paul Champagne. Google porsche sport seat conversion for more choices.

NOOB... why not just ask how to turbo your NA????
Yes it can be done, but is much easier / cheaper to buy a nice set of GT3 or 996 /997 sport seats and call it a day!

Although I must admit I did not know anyone did conversions.....I have to believe it's more cost effective to just buy a set and sell your old seats.
I searched and found a very nice, used set of black leather, all power/heated sport seats for $500.00. No rips or tears and still soft.
Sold my non-sport seats for $250.00
But I do see that one of the conversion options is side bolsters on the seatback but not the seat bottom.....I would love that.

Would it not be more cost effective (in the long run) to just buy a pair of really ratty sport seats, chuck out the 1100 bucks or so for new leather, stretch it on, and drive away with a nice set that will have some life in them?
Or, for less money....
q: "and where are these seats if you don't mind me asking?"
a: "They are in my car."
Exactly WHERE do you park your car... If you don't mind me asking???![thumbsup](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bigok.gif)
Jim 1987 944S (Seriously, I thought there were parts, such as foam bolsters, pads and such that could be purchased for seat repairs...)

I figured weld a bracket for the foam, go to an upholsterer and place foam, buy sport covers and cover...

Contact one of the seat restorers and see if they've got pics of "naked" sports seats so you can see the bracing if you're going to fab your own.
I LOVE my sports seats even though I'm almost too fat to fit in them lol
