Why are you selling? What have you decided to do instead?

Don't mean to hijack this thread, but, have you tried modifying the N/A fenders to fit the 951 front end?

I considered it, but since I already had 951 fenders I decided to just go with them. Not much to do though regarding the modification.

Spence,

just a thought. what would prevent someone from buying a 968 with a smashed up front end (just smashed enough to be a salvage car) and another 968 with a smashed up rear end (again, just smashed up enough to be a salvage car)... then removing the doors, tt, brake, fuel lines, conduit etc, and taking sawsall (after correct measuring, marking, etc) right down the center of the two cars and welding the good halves of each—back together.

seems like it could be a fun weekend project. wha-duh-ya think ?

doing something like that would likely cause problems with long-term car strength and over all would likely not be a good idea. it would cause alot of headaches i think and youd have to do serious work to make sure the car doesnt fall apart.

so its definitely something i'd do. find me those 968's and ill make you one, or make a push me-pull you

Would you considering selling everything together without the front bumper?

I need the bumper cover... Maybe Spencer would work out a deal, knowing he can sell all of his pieces.

So you need the fenders, headlights and nose panel, but no bumper cover?

If that is the case, this will work out
