That's one hell of an Elise... Great video, most be a turbo on that Elise..

Entertaining...That F40 is quick...Made the rest of the cars look like they were out for a Sunday cruise.

I am more surprised that a Lotus Elise kept up with it... Drove one of those this summer and it's 125 horsepowers won't do the speeds that were shown in the video.. Fishy.

that elise is definatly highly modified, granted the thing wieghts less that a ton the ferrari has double the power (and then some) at only another 1000 lbs. ive watched this damn thing too many times hehe

It was apperantly (sp?) a Lotus Elise with an Honda Civic 2 liter engine.

If it wasn't for traffic slowing the F40 down it would probably not be visible for more than 20 secs...

that doesn't make too much sense, in the article it says it does 0-60 in 4.6 and 5-60 in 6.1??

Seems like whenever there's a clear straightaway the F40 runs away from the elise

But whenever there is a corner the Elise catches up with the Ferrari. I wonder what would have happened if the drivers would have been reversed...
