Xschop

Got an 88 924S ChumpCar that we have 951 calipers and rotors all around
that we need adapters for.

We're already pulling our hair out with a new engine install -- so if
you have any adapters already made up -- or directions of what to do
we'd be eternally grateful.

We're running 17" Boxster Rims -- so clearance is NA.

We have 951 front struts and camber plates.

if need be -- email me directly at mike@lonestarrpm.com

we've been running stock brakes for the last 2 years. time for more stopping power.

thanks,

Mike

If the spindle/caliper ears are 76mm spreadwidth then they are the same as NA spindles and I tried mocking up a Turbo set to do just that but the calipers would have to be ground on. So it's a NO-go

I do have Wilwood Superlite/ Cayenne 330mm adapters for the NA spindles....

I don't mind a little grinding -- its a chump car :-) we grind all the time.

if you have a full set that you mocked up laying around that you wouldn't mind
parting with please let me know.

These are NA spindles -- from a 924S -- so that I think makes them original 944 sized.

I never built them because I would never grind on the brembo caliper to that degree. What can be done is the 94mm caliper bolt-thrus have inserts welded into their pockets and the caliper re-milled to 76mm spredwidth. I did it a few years back and it requires the caliper halves separated and locked on a mill....good luck
