I am having some trouble with installing my new timing belt. The roller on the left is what I had in my car, and the one on the right is what I got in my belt kit. Did I get the right stuff?

The one on the left looks like the anti-slap idler for the counter balance belts. The one on the right looks like the anti-slap idler for the timing belt. These do not contact the belts directly. If they roll at all even if noisely you can reuse them.
Think I have a detailed graphic here somewhere on these...here.

Think these are supposed to have a slot through the middle for adjustment.
The anti-slap roller for the counter balance belts is to be adjusted so it's .5 mm away from the belt wrapping around the neared roller and 1 mm way from the long span of the double sided belt.
On the tension pulleys for the timing and counter balance belts: The timing belt tensioner had it's single flange toward the engine. The counter balance tensioner has it's single flange away from the engine. Has to to with belt tracking and hitting the plastic shourd.
