Do the interiors squeak and rattle? Do they break down every other race?
I might have to check it out as well. Been a long time since I rFactor'd.

Google rFactor and read up, it's a race simulator. It also allows group racing over the internet.

Made a small video to show what it looks like
Very cool. I know I know, I keep hitting the cars in front
Set it to 720p and full screen for best effect.

Thanks for the video. The backfire sound effects made me laugh, but the skins and physics look really nice!
I'm a Forza 3 player, but I looked into it and if I didn't have an Xbox 360, I'd bite.
rFactor is $40.
That's it .. no monthly fees, no charge for additional tracks, no charge for extra cars.
There is even a free trial program you can download to test it out before you buy.

Yeah but rFactor is horrible aside from the fact that they have 944s.
I've got it - I bought it to get to know Autobahn North, and all I kept thinking to myself was, "Good Lord is this awful."
I'll stick to iRacing and their monthly fee.
