Found the pic on a webpage that was updated in 2002, does anybody have more info on it? Is there already a thread on Rennlist about this car?

I'm not sure how much 968 is left in this one. Bet you it's a high cost car to keep on the track. I do love these full blown race versions of the 968. There's 1 in N.J that races GTC-1 in PCA and the car is incredibly fast and well sorted out.

I saw that car at Road America a few months ago I think. From what I remember, it's hardly a 968 other than it appears to have a DOHC 4-cylinder in it. The turbo was located inside the passenger compartment, in the passenger footwell.

That is a Fabcar chassis. The car is owned by Joe Cogbil/German Auto Dismantlers. Last I heard he was working to put it back together, Fabcar just reclipped the front due to a hard hit from the prior owner.

Turbo's inside the car. Imagine the noise!!
That whole rear is lift off c/f.
Sort of reminds me of a dirty version of this car which I've seen in the flesh, er metal, er carbon fiber....
