Default Project Car running rich issue

Engine back together with all new parts and including, O2, Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, ISA, fuel press Reg and damper.

The car starts with a little after a few turns and is a little ruff for just a min or 2. Very rich on startup, but tones down a little after she is warmed up. Runs fine other than the dark cloud.

I have read and read any other clues?

Items not replaced.

FQS switch, Needs to be adjusted. Look it up. Use a Hunter sprinkler key. insert into the DME and turn all the way to the left, That is zero setting. Every turn to the right adjusts the timing and fuel mixture. I have a beast of a car and had to adjust it to a richer setting. When you spool up, you need to be rich in fuel otherwise you will wreck motor.

Hey man - glad to see a post of yours - hadn't heard from you in a while.

These cars are designed to run a little richer for the first couple minutes until they are warmed up - I've seen it myself on the wideband.
