I actually inquired about the car being somewhat confused that the balance shaft belt was replaced but not the timing belt. WTF? Has to be done. Worth about 4K for parts... The body work would be a BIG ticket item IMHO. As a track car, you would probably swap out the 6 speed to make the car more efficient. Just my .02 cents.

do you mean swap for a 5 speed? i wouldn't necessarily think so... plenty of 968 6 speeds out there doing pretty well on the track...
