Come on guys. It's $5 and a few minutes time. Just vote, even if you are not going to cash up. Saturday should be the last day, then we all send the checks.

I don't think Steve is still watching this board... anyone have his contact info? Is it going to be possible to at least try to help him out?

I have his paypal information.

I got the clutch I bought from him. Exactly what he said it was.

Hey maybe 9xauto should hire steve! At least the customers would be happy!!!

There was a post that said steve would participate in the BLF, but only the BLF!

Steve wins, but considering half of the people who said they were participating didnt even participate in voting.. im guessing this BLF thing is disbanding at a furious pace.

Once Steve gets around to coming online again he can post his paypal/address information and we (all the remaining people who are participating) can send him $5 or whatever...

If the May thread gets no more entrants, i think this is over, if someone wants to take over, feel free.

Hi guys! I guess I should start by thanking... don't worry, i won't go there!
Don't get me wrong. It's really great to win something but to have almost lost my home and family, lost my Porsche, endure almost 4 weeks now of all 5 of us sleeping on the floor in the den (flood damage still not fixed-adjuster is trying to 'lowball' us!), having to sell almost everything we have to save our home and 1 remaining vehicle, and a few other things, well... it's just kinda strange to win something for all that. I guess that as one of you pointed out to me (and that I definately know now) that the Lord works in mysterious ways! I have been brought to my knees lately but I have also been shown that I have friends all over the nation through Rennlist! I do however want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have prayed for me and my children. I has definately been felt!! Also a specail thank you to all of you who, without even knowing me, were willing to give beyond what was called for in the BLF. That in itself is a miracle. You guys are GREAT!!!
Again, thanks a lot and i'll keep ya'll informed as to whats happening here.

In Christ (and hopefully a Porsche again sometime in the future!),

Steve

Oh. My e-mail address is flyn4fun@aol.com. I think it says it here somewhere but someone had asked me for it previously.

Thanks again!

Heres the info:

Steven McMillan
612 McLean Dr
Dillon SC 29536

P.S. We are no longer going to be on AOL soon (I'm not sure when they are gonna cut us off). Can Rennlist be accessed from another server like one of the free ones out there? Also, can anyone please recommend a free (or close to it) server that we can go with?

Thanks guys!

Steve

BTW. When I started selling the parts I had, one of the guys here helped me set up a Paypal account. I think all you need is my e-mail address to access it (flyn4fun@aol.com). At least thats how he did it.
Hope this helps.

In Christ,

Steve

Operator,
Thanks for not giving up on this! As one lister said, "Rome wasn't built in a day". Sometimes you have to "test the waters" before everyone else will jump in. I wonder if I can use anymore metaphors? I'd like to know what the board "staples" think about this concept? John D., Skip, Iceshark, Thaddeus, Tabor, Ribs,Mideastmafia, everyone else with 6,000+ posts, etc, etc.
The silence has been deafening! OK last metaphor.
My check is in the mail. <img src="graemlins/bigok.gif" border="0" alt="[thumbsup]" />

Steve, netzero works well

You can pickup a CD, but its better to download it while AOL still works.

<a href="http://www.netzero.com" target="_blank">http://www.netzero.com</a>

It gives you full internet access and an email account..you just have to deal with an advertisement banner accross the top/bottom of your screen...

I advise you to move quickly on that and transfer your paypal account to your netzero email address...I'll send cash after you get netzero setup...so that it doesn't get lost or anything when you change..
