Post PPI suggestions in provicence area

hey guys. gonna look at a car tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good place to take if for a PPI in case the car is worth getting checked out. I am kind of disenchanted with my mechanic right now and dont know of any others in the providence area....disenchanted with German Motors in prov too. thanks! Riff, where do u go?
btw, the car is an '86 turbo 200,000mi but 12,000mi on rebuilt engine. wants no less then $5,800fusches, new seats. ill see what else it has....

Hi Ryan-

I do all my own work so I have not taken my car to anyone in the area. Too bad about German Motors, I had heard good things about them.

Not to sound like a smarta$$, but what are you looking for in a PPI that you cannot figure out for yourself? Compression/leakdown? The checklist on the FAQ is pretty comprehensive.

If you want another set of eyes/ears, I'd love to lend a hand.

Best,
