Post interior trim coloring

you all know of the wood trim kits and stuff that are 200 some dollars. well i jsut went ahead and took out all my trim,

and now am wondering what to do with it. i was really bored with the plain black look. i was going to try to find some paint that would resemble some billet aluminum, but all i can find is crappy model paints and stuff. then i was gonna try doing it in garnet red. i havent tried it yet but if anyone else doesnt have a better idea then thats what im gonna do. anyone ever done it befor? did it turn out nice?

i was sitting in the car playing with stuff and taking apart the dash for so long that my radio ran my battery dead. but i wont be drivin it for a lil while anyway.

One possiblity (since they are out) is to make a mold of them and fabricate for example carbon fibre copies of them. That's what iam doing right now (have an extra set of original ones)

Too bad. You should always use paint which designed to bond with plastic. The heat from the sun will discolorate and crack your finish on newly painted parts. The Foliatec paint system for the plastic we sell- primes-paint and seals what ever interior you need to paint for the professional look. And yes, we do have aluminum paint too.

I like "personalizing" your car. Be sure to post pics after they're put back in!!

I also wanted to ask about that paint you used. Is that the color of the car?!? One photo looks copper, one looks purple and another looks maroon. I'd love to see that color on a car - the only other turbo where I live is Guards, so I like to see all different colors.
