yes, i should have been more clear about that...

the genuine 996 GT3 sports seats that are currently selling on ebay surely look pretty beat up. or they could be replicas that didn't hold up...

two years ago there was a boat load of replica 996 GT3 for sale for about $800 per seat.

the 996 guys have had a few threads going over the past couple of years - about the replicas selling on ebay....

the replicas i saw on ebay two years ago looked pretty damn good. but i liked the style of the sparco demona nd 993tt seats better...

for the guys who've seen my seats for the 200th time, sorry. i decided to include them for the OP (demonstrates that the fitment is tight, but workable).

real or replica: lol. http://gallery.rennlist.com/gallery/GT3-Replica-Seats

Can someone please verfy that the 996 GT3 bucketseat fitting a 993 will fit my 944S2 bolt on?
I have seen pictures with 996 GT3 seats in 944 and i think 993 have the same fitting as the 944S2?

Thanx!

I dont think so. I think you need sliders to fit the brackets.
