New oil filter, new hoses, hylomar or your favorite excellent gasket sealer/maker (all can be found in search) a hell of a lot of patience, a lift if necessary, watch VAN's video's on replacement procedure, new bolts and studs for the pump in case you break something, plenty of time and patience (did I mention that yet?) inch lb torque wrench, air filter, pb blaster, a strong back if you do not have a lift available. Install the T-Stat before you install the pump, it will save you grief.

Just off the top of my head.

You need a good large pair of Snap Ring Pliers for that snap ring. I ruined two cheap sets so I bought Snap-on and had no more problems.

Cheers,

Some specialty tools that you'll need:

Flywheel lock
27mm offset wrench for tensioner/roller adjustment
belt tension tool
seal puller and driver

and should have a spare rotor if your old one cracks when removing from cam gear

Putyoursoxon,

I saw your first picture with the car on the flatbed. Did you get a transaxle or did one come with the purchase?

In addition to all the above----since you mentioned the FOES (front of engine seals),,, you should have the oil pump sleeve, front crank seal and "O" ring.
Keep all bolts, washers, pulleys, seals, sleeve in the exact order!

If you are installing the upgraded WP (water pump) does your rear black fan belt cover need to be cut out??

This is huge first project and so much can go wrong at any point.
Read all of Clarks manual www.Clarks-Garage.com
AND then take a look at the projects on Arnnworx www.arnnworx.com

The transaxle came with the car, thats as far as they got with the clutch change. What "o-ring" are you talking about
