The Turbo is back on the road
So I finally got my 951 back on the road today, after a LENGTHY engine install. The final bill was enough to nearly send me into cardiac arrest.
The car BADLY needs a front end alignment, but other than that, WOW - The car has a new personality all around. The centerforce clutch is VERY stiff compared to the stock, and grips really well. The MAF makes the car sound completely different, and the big Turbo... well, it simply throws you back in your seat on boost. The car is definately going to need wider wheels to handle all the new power ist laying down. I'll get some pictures and maybe make a movie clip for those interested.
Special thanks to Clark Fletcher for doin the install for me for a super price - he truly is a Porschephile. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />
