the link worked for me. Car is in Carlton county, MN, they are selling seized vehicles. Here is the listing info:
1981 PORSCHE 924 TURBO COUPE
VIN# WPOAA0936BN150490; LICENSE: 324602; EXP.: COLLECTOR; INDICATED MILES: 40,114; 924 TURBO ENGINE, 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION, A/C, POWER WINDOWS, POWER LOCKS, STEREO, AND A SUNROOF. THE BATTERY HOLDS CHARGE. THIS VEHICLE IS A NICE CLEAN APPEARING CAR. IT FEATURES BLAUPUNKT AM/FM/CASSETTE STEREO THAT APPEARS TO BE FACTORY INSTALLED. THIS IS A CLASSIC SPORTS CAR THAT SOUNDS AND DRIVES NICELY. IT LOOKS GREAT! THE KNOWN PROBLEM IS THAT THE VEHICLE HAS SOME CRACKS IN THE VINYL DASH. THIS VEHICLE RUNS, DRIVES, AND WAS DRIVEN IN.

Burning Brakes
I've owned one for five years now and it's really cool. It's a skateboard with a cool whistle, and it's rare. Turn up the boost a (safe) couple pounds and it'll hang with a 944 easily. Maintenance is easy unless the car's sat forever...much cheaper than a 944 or 951.
My State Farm full coverage insurance with $250 deductible is $50.85 a half, and my Ohio antique plates won't expire until 2050. That's $2 a week to own a Turbo Porsche!

Yea I thought it might be a good buy but it is too far for me.
I am an auction junkie so stuff like this pops up on my radar from time to time.
