Elliott, i am sure if you were handy enough to could get it to work. But its probably more trouble than its worth. The euro mounts usually go for pretty cheap, a friend of mine bought a few sets and they came out to like $20-30 a set (2x).
I tried front turbo bumper shocks but they dont fit the mounting points, you might be able to do some grinding but i didnt bother. Im not actually sure if the spacing (bumper to body) is correct either.
Here is a turbo front shock with a euro front bumper which has the same sized mounting points.

And what the euro mount looks like. Note there are a few different types of euro mounts, i have also seen shocks though they look significantly different than the US style shocks.

Like mine just fine. A standard euro turbo bumper without the molding.

On a turbo or s2 a must. On a n/a you could leave the strip since you have these rubber strips on the frontbumper also. On a turbo it looks just wrong, a clean frontbumper and then the rubber on the rear..
BTW a N/A has a smaller strip on the bumper then a Turbo/ S2 in europe.

The Aftermarket one from AIR looks too blocky. The IFC one looks like a replica of the Porsche version.
I have Euro Front and Rear Bumpers from Porsche, no fitment issues at all. They are still available from a Dealer (Can take about a month to get). The Euro Mounts are kinda spendy for what they are, but well worth it.
I need to get some better quality pictures though...
