Hey guys I was wondering how much the stock 951 engine can handle as far as hp with correct fuel/air management?

Define stock. All stock parts or stock internals with a bunch of supporting bolt ons?
BONE stock 15psi on pump more on higher octane.
Bigger turbo, etc. etc. 18-20 on pump and 20+ with enough octane.

I am running at 15 lbs for now. Had to adj my FQS to third position and now am putting 72lb injectors. I needed to increase the fuel to the engine. I was running a bit lean, so all the mods I have done corrected that problem. I can now(saturday) pump my boost upto 20lbs. I have modified the motor, especially the head gasket to hold this boost.

My guess by FQS he means a potentiometer in the DME that modifies spark maps. You could adjust it based on what octane fuel your running (Might be there so you can adjust cars per region). If you are running higher boost on stock chips and hitting a lean condition, you can retard spark to eliminate knock. Not something you want to do though without a wideband.
