Default RASANT "Chip" - ECU Doctors

Anyone used or have any feedback on the RASANT chip for the later NAs?

I have an opportunity to get my hands on one of these and I plan on doing the AFM swap from a 924S along with the later DME.

Gains seem to be overindulged as usual with anything of this nature, is there really that much to be gained from some spark advance and higher octane on the NA?

If I ever get my car back together Ill post up my experience.

FWIW, I've never heard of these guys. The claim of 15% HP gains across the board, lumping in the turbos with the NAs, is a red flag. Of course, more aggressive timing advance is always worth some gains, but no-one is going to believe anything of the magnitude of of 15% for a NA.

There are a few chips from more well-known and reputable vendors that have been demonstrated to give modest gains in power, but more significant improvements in "drivability". I'd be very surprised if those guys left much on the table in terms of what's possible with an ecu chip upgrade for a NA.
