Post Attaching sun visors.

Hey all!
I've been sitting back a while, but now I've got quick dumb question. My '84 944 came without the sunvisors, and I recently picked up a pair used from ebay. However, they didn't come with screws...should I just use a generic 1/2 inch long screw, or do I need something longer??? Thanks.

I'd recommend you just swing by a local, Porsche dealer if there's one in the area. They will have the right screws on hand - and may not even charge you if you explain what it's for and pretend to be helpless.

You can get these from the dealer or other, reference the part#'s:

N.014.096.3 (6) - screws for visor
N.013.967.1 (4) - screws for clips
N.011.664.4 (4) - washers for clips

Or, you can find a metric fastener shop with the following (in black):

Phillips head tapping screws (6) - 4mm head, 2mm shank, 22mm long
Phillips head tapping screws (4) - 4mm head, 2mm shank, 19mm long
Flat Washers (4) - 4mm OD, 3mm ID

Good Luck, and welcome to Rennlist!
