ERAU944, ,,man, you were speaking my language there for a while.. I'm an ATCS at MFD TRACON usually on the ASR or in the TRACAB. Numerous FLIBs ID'ing on 7700 is SOP and we try to keep them from ending up TU on the ILS. Sometimes we use the POOMA system to avoid SNAFU.
Kapeesh?

Kgain, OBDII, Onboard diagnostics, stage 2, right?
CV= Constant velocity joint
HU..Head Unit..as in stereo unit stuck in dash
I thought NA was normally aspirated.. same difference..

Well, Onboard Diagnostics is something created by the automanufacturers for mostly monitoring and obviously controlling engine and emissions related equipment. The more sophisticated standard is the OBD II created in the mid 90s. Today I can pump each caliper of a 7 series BMW, roll down the windows or mess with the ignition curve with a proper OBD II scanner/"writer".

Now, ODB stands for Old Dirty Bastard, a rapper who's not as popular as he was a few years ago...
