Hey nut,

Make up your mind: early '80s or mid '80s? What does that mean? Early '80s and mid '80s are pretty much the same thing. Late '80s are different.

On another note, I have an early '90s S2 cabrio for sale...

Actually there is adiff. Early 80's have old dashboard style, as mid 80s 85.5 have newer dashboard style.

Nope. Those are technically called "post 85" or 85.5 cars. Mid '80s would sit right at 85, and be the same as early, pal.

Hey, you need to lighten up. Asking about early '80s or mid '80s cars in 944 production is synonymous. Period.

You don't sound too charming yourself.

My, that was a mature conversation.

For $4000 Canadian you are probably looking for an early (83-85/1) 944 with relatively more miles (km) on her. Sooooo-if you find one in that price range make sure to get a PPI.

Good luck.

944S2NUT, that seemed like a perfectly good time to use one of those unfamiliar curse words! But you had better not disrespect the membership police. So I admire your ability to keep it cool!

P.S. I dont understand your s2..... black and red interior??? Because it must be exactly black or red? Thars no "round a bouts" on this board... be more specific...pal.
