That's one of them... Tim is shipping some to me ASAP. Kind of you to offer, David!

Tom, lots of money and about 2 years work will get what you desire.

Yeah, we'd come meet you, I don't know where Eau Claire is, but I could find it.

Brian,

If the bottom of the intake manifold is still accessible, you will be able to simplify the vacuum hose set-up. I just did this and it cleans everything up under there.

The new set-up goes something like this:

-One hose from ISV to the intercooler pipe (replaces the hose you're seeking)

-One hose from the ISV to the intake manifold (as before)

-One hose straight from the Brake Booster to the intake manifold.

Here are some pics: <a href="http://forums.rennlist.com/forums/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=18;t=004543#000000" target="_blank">Pics of Updated hoses</a>

My engine is downright nasty compared to yours, though.

It's all in there now, so I am not gonna mess with it. It's not too bad under there... relatively speaking.

Brian, your car looks outstanding!! I think at the beginning of this thread you asked if anyone wants a ride. Well . . . I DO!!! I have been working on my 944 Turbo track car for over two years now and I could surely use a "fix"!!!

I live on the East side of Cincinnati (Anderson Township). How far away are you?

Best regards,
Jeff

I'm up the road in Kenwood... car should be done in 2 weeks or so. Are you going to 944 Fest? If so, I will provide some short, calm rides. <img border="0" alt="[burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />

Yes, I plan to attend the 944 fest this year. Maybe we can meet up somewhere with a few other locals and create a Porsche convoy? That way, if any of us has any mechanical trouble (not that YOU will . . .) we could "look out" for each other.

Perry,

Again your motor is just amazing looking, I can't wait for that car to be back on the road, i'm sure you are even more excited....

Also to let you know I had to post it on a BMW board because most of those guys things our engine bay is ugly, I had to prove them wrong....

Like I told Micah (and everyone else, for that matter) it's locks of Brian's hair that will be in demand now ! Your car is stunning, Brian.
