Thanks a lot folks. I like to toss a teaser here and there as the car gets done. Lots of questions to answer.

1. I hope to make it to the Taj event, but the car will not. I'll still be doing the shakedown on it, so no trips over 5 miles from the house.

2. Nose panel is from Performance Products, and is fiberglass. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. It was a terrible piece of crap, and it only looks the way it does because of 3 days of sanding and filling. (No joke) Even with all the work, it is still not as good as it should be for $330.

3. Plug wires... they are 8mm wires with factory Buru connectors. The Porsche script just happened to be on them when I opened the box. If memory recalls, I got them from Europroducts. I can look it up when I get home if some of you are really interested.

4. The headlight washer caps are OEM. Nothing special there.

Again, thank you all for the kind comments. What you see is not only a result from years of hard work, but the knowledge, opinions, and support of this forum.

<img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" /> More to come next week.

Questions, questions, questions. I don't see a clamp on the IC hose to the TB, did you glue it? Are you using a MAF or MAP? What bypass valve are you using? See some open ports on the plumbing, is the engine running?

I am running a MAF, and it is not in yet because I need some T-bolt clamps. The hose to the TB also needs a clamp. (I have 3 of them that are too small). I'm also trying to track down a hose to go from the brake venturi to the IC pipe.

There is 1 test port off the FPD (currently open) for a boost reading when on the dyno. It will be capped when not in use.

Hope that helps! Serious, ask more questions,.. this way I'll know if I missed anything.

I just replaced the five vacuum hoses under the intake..including the brake boost line. Give Ian's Euro parts a call (944online.com), if you have PET open, you can order them by the PET item number.

On the TB, I used the original clamp and 3M glue, the clamp slot is very narrow and the T bolt clamps were wider then the slot. This seemed to make sense to me, thoughts?

Bypass valve is...?

Sorry... running a Bailey Mortorsports Diverter Valve. For the needed hose, I cannot run stock because of the size of the port on the IC pipe.

I will run some glue and the T-bolt clamp on the TB. I want to use the T-bolt clamp so it all matches, but I am not too sure how secure it will be by itself.

Did you touch that up on Photo Shop? That engine is far too perfect. The color is super clean.

Much props though on your superior engine bay. I want to see it in person. Just drive that bad-boy to Savannah. I'll let you drive my LT1 944.

Vagus.. that's the real deal.

What are the chances you know of a guy named Ryan... lives in Lawrenceville? He's a friend of a friend, and talked to me about a LT1 944 he saw at his shop. If that is yours (and there are not many out there) he said it was impressive.
