I have an 89' 944 S2 with the 220 option (LSD) and was wondering how many S2's have the same option. I am told it's a rarity.

I have a Turbo gearbox in mine, and supposedly it has an LSD and cooler.

So... it's not a rare S2 LSD, but in a sense, it's a rarity, because it's an S2 with a Turbo gearbox, FWIW...

Where should I look to see if my car's original tranny had that option? It's not on my original window sticker...<a href="http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/4475/Porsche/S2sticker.html" target="_blank">S2 Window Sticker</a>

 

Option codes are located on a sticker in the spare wheel compartment. It is also in my Porsche Warranty & Maintenance book on page 1.

My options are:
220 454 533 573 593 650 983

I have LSD in my 1986 NA 944. Presumably this is a pretty rare option for an NA 944?
