Default Intake Manifold

Is it difficult to remove the manifold?
When it comes off do you replace the gasket or reuse the original one???

If you have the original paper gaskets, they will be junk. Lindsey Racing sells some nice steel rubber coated ones. My old gasket was baked on and took forever to scrape off. Not sure what is involved with the turbo one, but the N/A intake was fairly easy to remove. If your oil/air separator has leaky seals. It would be a good time to replace them since you can access it better with the intake off.

10 minutes, after you get the hang of it... and ALWAYS use new gaskets... unless you LIKE idle stumbles and on boost problems...
