Default Outer Window Scraper

How does the outer window scraper install? Once I have the scraper into the clips inside the door, I can't get it to stay put and flush in its groove. What am I missing?

Thanks for the help,
Nathan

clips may be worn out or stretched open, you can remove them with the window down and bend them back to shape. to install the window seal use a thin paint scraper to pry the clip open wide enough for the lip of the seal to slide deep into
