Thanks Michelle. The wheels are 17" Fikse FM-10's. Dave Salma has a similar set.

I put some more photos of my car and two other R'listers in a folder. Gold 951 is Chas, Black is Tadi.

The first AutoX of 2003(Porsche Club Norway). I just installed the M030 (968) rear sway bar. I finished 2nd in the first round of the year.
Oh, how I love this car.

A set or a pair? A whole set for $1200 would have lasted .000001seconds. I do recall seeing a pair of 11x17's for $1200. Had visions of buying them and moving my 10's to the front . . . pity, wrong offset.

Well, Mike, if they were the WRONG offset for you that makes them the RIGHT offset for me!
I REALLY like those wheels. Wanna trade for my 993's?

What? No body from Colorado?

I guess I'll post mine then, but I've seen a lot of way better looking 944s around here than mine.

This was the first day I brought it home. the timing belt had broke, so it had to be pulled (only a couple blocks).

Since this picture (sorry it's such a poor pic) I have removed the wide black stripe on the side, replaced the engine, struts, motormounts, rear tires (they were snow tires when I got it), and I just replaced the alternator last week. Of course I have done a lot of little tinkering as well.

I love the car and find that it is actually quite reliable as opposed to how some people put it down. I drive it fairly regularly and have already done a 2000 mile round trip in it. (1000 miles to my destination, non-stop and back, non-stop.)

The bottom pick is of the snow storm we had here about a month ago...

I can't believe that I haven't posted photos on this thread yet, I must be too busy. Here's mine, better late than never.

Photos from previous owner:

Most recent photos of current state:

It doesn't look like the same car anymore, eh?

17" C2Ts repainted in "anthracite" enamel IMHO the overall best stock-looking wheel on late 944s. Introduced in 1991. Replica C2Ts are relatively inexpensive. Factory wheels are not, but they're a lighter alloy.
