Help...it's getting dark! I'm putting on the dust cap but it doesnt seem too secure. basically a 1/4 turn to the right seems to seat it the best. Is this how it fits or is there anything I should know before putting the rotor back on?

i just made sure that when i let go of it it would stay and put the cap over it. it seems to stay put once the cap is on. not sure if it's the right way or not, but it's worked since i've done it.
