instrument light out
I just took out the instrument panel and fixed the odometer gear, everything worked great until I drove at night.
The instrument light doesnt come back on, and either does the boost gauge light (which hooks into the same line).
Hopefully, its just a blow fuse.
Anyone know what fuse that might be?
I can't find instrument lights on the little fuse guide.
Might I have knocked some connection loose?

Hmm.. well I took out the "need new brake pads" light, because they don't work with big reds.
Could that cause it?
Or are you referring to the other bulbs that I might just have busted?
Thanks Charlee.

Darn not it either.
Thanks for the help though.
Are these lights in series?
So that if one fails they all go out.
I'm not getting any voltage on the line when turn on the lights, but I'm only testing at one point.

I've been chasing my own dash light problems for about a year and a half now! I don't drive my car much at night, but when I do, I've resported to using a ciggy lighter map light to see my guages.
I've had the dash apart 3 times already: all three times I was able to get the lights to work! After some time, they would go out again. I suspect I have a short on the circuit board: at least it's not any of the important guages!
