Another crappy smelly job. I think my finger was creating splatter....very annoying. It looks like it is good paint, I did not seam to be able to apply it well. I will water sand it and see what it looks like.

The paint looks like crap. Is there any problem sanding and repainting?

No problem sanding and respraying...let the paint cure and fully harden please, or you will "ball up" on the sandpaper.
