All four blinkers blink fast. I know that usually this is caused by a bad bulb but is that true if it is the same on both sides. I am thinking it may be the flasher itself. If it is the flasher does anyone know if a 86 944 and 83 use the same flasher?

 

Hi, Check to see if the 83 has a relay with P/N 191.953.227A as that is the relay on the 86for a Turn Signal Flasher.

fixed. both relays are the same and that was the problem.
