I was able to get them back on by just carefully aligning correctly and pushing down. It had to be perfectly level or parallel to the gauge face, if I remember correctly. I'm not sure if they were as tight as they came from the factory, but they didn't fall out while they were in the car.

How much for the whole tach... does 30 plus S&H seem fair? I'm not really sure what its worth. An FYI though, as I recall when I saw your car at the pizza run, you had an auto right? This does not have the PRND21 indicator that I think yours has under the tach. It's got the upshift/econo arrow light.

So, do you need just the needle for that or are you looking to replace the whole tach? Cause I don't have either a needle or a tach to sell, just so you know.
