Thanks Scott, N group was light and Skip thought I could play nice there. I think I told her at the track but Jen looked great out there too! I was really impressed it was her first time on track.
Skip - the run groups ran great, no issues and I had plenty of open track. I just have to fig. out how to slow down Sammy now.

Skip - I had a great time and I saw zero issues on the track. Oh - Jen had a great time, and on the way home asked when the next track event will be. Is that hot, or what?

BTW Skip, Your car looked AWESOME, even if the only time I saw it was sitting in the tech shed!

No worries mate. I wanted to return the favor for you posting a pic of me in Jen's car.

Thanks. That is the bad part of running a DE - not much time to drive yourself. Did get out on Sat and Sun some - car ran good, although the driver was pretty rusty. First time out on the JIC/Cross suspension - like it a lot better than the Escort Cups.

Thanks Jon! For playing nice and the compliment. I think doing autocross and rallycross helped put me a little ahead of the curve.
And thanks to Skip for letting us play, and to Rick Stephenson for giving me great instruction.
Oh yeah, and thanks to my tame Porsche mechanic for getting the car ready for the track, and fixing that hose so quickly (of course, he broke it quickly too....). Andy gave us some valuable help getting things back together the way they are supposed to be.
I guess I'll be a track junkie soon

Guys,
You put on an awesome event. As a past 924 and 944 owner I really enjoy these cars. I was there with the "bad a$$" supercharged 928 that has a picture early in the thread.
I hope to see you all there again next year. I hope you won't mind a gratuitous underhood pic.
Ken

I can't count the times people said "Hey, did you see that supercharged 928 over there? That thing is bad ***."
It was amazing that they all said the same exact thing. If we had an award for "conciseness response," you would have got it.

Ken - it was great to meet you. That is by far the coolest 928 I have seen. The pics don't do it justice - to get the full effect you have to hear it at pit out going onto the track.
