having some fun last night completely redoing my engine wiring harness...also pulled the washer fluid reservoir and the headlight motor and bar.

well...it was done...then i made it not done...LOL
I put probably 4K miles on the conversion, but i had a lot of little problems that kept cropping up, killing various electrical components and making driving it very disturbing/not reliable. So she's coming apart a bit to try to make her more reliable and safe (plus i bet i'll get some more power out of the engine with the IAC working properly...woot!)
Just this past weekend i cut the drivers side header out (mostly welded exhaust system) and modified the header (with a sledgehammer) to fit better next to the frame rail...also replaced the header gaskets which were leaking horribly, and put these awesome header bolts in that have a set screw in the middle that expands the threads of the bolt slightly and makes them NOT EVER FALL OUT!!! I also found 3 pinholes in various exhaust welds, and a weird leak up at the header flange, so all of these have been mostly fixed.
Hopefully she'll be driving in a week or three...haha!

we're taking the old harness, reusing most of the wiring, just cutting it down and rebuilding it to make it better (less loops and blank runs of wire). In the process of redoing the harness, we're relocating the engine computer from the front drivers side (b body harness had the PCM on a bracket in the engine bay) to the passenger compartment, where the stock computer is. This will also put my ALDL (diagnostics) port in the glove box area, so i can hopefully hook up a laptop and run active diagnostics in the car

What was your braking solution? I am debating between a dual MC set up, a used hydroboost set up, or the electric set up that DVC runs, but that last one is a solid grand.
Oh, and its not nice to drop cars on your friends.
